1.8 Prohibited Content – Any content that violates laws, platform rules, or is offensive, illegal, or harmful.
1.9 Linked Sites – External websites that may be accessible via VaniBud for convenience.
1.10 Virtual Items – Digital coins or virtual gifts used within the platform for interaction, which may be purchased or earned.

2. Account Usage & Responsibilities

2.1 To use VaniBud, you must register with accurate, current, and complete information.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

4. Voice Chat Room Entry Fee Rules

When users join any voice chat room on the VaniBud platform, a fixed entry fee of 10 platform coins will be automatically deducted from the account balance upon successful entry.
This 10-coin entry fee is a non-refundable service charge for accessing real-time voice chat functions. No refunds will be provided for early room exit, short stay, or interrupted voice sessions after entry.
Users are required to maintain sufficient coin balance before entering voice rooms. Accounts with fewer than 10 available coins will be unable to join voice chat rooms until the balance is topped up.
Any automatic deductions triggered by users’ voluntary entry into voice rooms will not be eligible for refunds or compensation.

5. Account Termination

5.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
5.2 You may delete your account at any time through platform settings. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Services is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content, branding, and software on VaniBud are the property of or licensed to TechPulse Commerce.
6.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. User Content & Conduct

7.1 You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display it for platform operations and promotion.
7.2 You agree not to post illegal, harmful, or infringing content, including hate speech, harassment, or explicit material.
7.3 Maintain respectful behavior toward other users and comply with all applicable rules and laws.
7.4 You are responsible for the security and proper use of your account.

8. User Rights

9. Prohibition of Unlawful and Improper Activities

Additionally, all improper behaviors occurring in voice chat scenarios are fully prohibited, such as frivolous flirting, vulgar conversations, personal insults, intentional harassment, privacy leakage and any form of illegal publicity and advocacy.

10.1 VaniBud may include links to third-party sites. Your interaction with these is at your own risk.
10.2 We do not control or endorse third-party content or services.
10.3 Any transactions or communications with external platforms are solely between you and those providers.
