Welcome to VaniBud, a voice-based social platform operated by TechPulse Commerce. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read the following terms carefully before using the platform.

1. Definitions

• 1.1 User Account – An account created by you on the VaniBud platform, enabling access to our features and services.
• 1.2 User Content – Any materials or information you share, upload, or post on VaniBud, including voice recordings, text, or images.
• 1.3 Platform – Refers to the website and all services offered by TechPulse Commerce under the VaniBud brand.
• 1.4 Registration Data – The details provided by you during sign-up, including name, contact number, email, and date of birth.
• 1.5 Services – All functionalities, features, and experiences available on the VaniBud platform.
• 1.6 Subscription Fee – Charges (if any) for accessing premium content or features on the platform.
• 1.7 Payment Terms – The policies relating to billing, accepted methods, and payment schedules.
• 1.8 Prohibited Content – Any content that violates laws, platform rules, or is offensive, illegal, or harmful.
• 1.9 Linked Sites – External websites that may be accessible via VaniBud for convenience.
• 1.10 Virtual Items – Digital coins or virtual gifts used within the platform for interaction, which may be purchased or earned.
• 1.11 Third-Party Services – Tools, services, or content not owned by us but integrated into the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

This Platform is strictly intended only for Users aged 18 years and above. Minors under 18 years of age are prohibited from registering or using any features of VaniBud. During user sign‑up, users shall complete age verification by submitting valid Aadhaar identification information. We validate user age derived from Aadhaar records to enforce this age‑gate requirement. By accessing our platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Age‑Restriction & Minor‑Protection Controls

VaniBud is a social voice platform exclusively designed for adults aged 18 and above. Any individual below 18 years old is strictly forbidden to register for, log into, or utilise any feature offered across our service.

3.1 Access Rules Based on User Age

• Every prospective user needs to finish age validation at the time of account signup. Only persons who have reached the age of 18 gain permission to create accounts, sign in, join voice chat rooms, take part in social engagements, and send virtual gifts within the platform.
• Persons under 18 are not allowed to set up user accounts, access core product modules, or show up in any public interactive scenes hosted on VaniBud.
• We reserve the authority to run spot‑check age validation against existing user profiles. This measure helps us curb fake‑age submissions and stop under‑age visitors from making use of our services.

3.2 Safeguards for Minors and Access‑Limiting Logic

• Our system includes built‑in detection workflows aimed at spotting minor‑related activity. When our detection engine picks up signals suggestive of under‑age usage — such as juvenile‑style profile pictures, youth‑sounding voice inputs or other behavioural hints linked to minors — the corresponding account will receive automatic access limits and get flagged for follow‑up human moderation assessment.
• We take comprehensive steps to block pathways through which minors could join conversations, become visible in public spaces or get involved in improper interactions. These safeguards are put in place to fully mitigate risks related to minor harm or exploitation.

4. Account Usage & Responsibilities

• 4.1 To use VaniBud, you must register with accurate, current, and complete information.
• 4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• 4.3 You must comply with all applicable laws and avoid any misuse of the platform.
• 4.4 You must be at least 18 years old to use VaniBud.
• 4.5 Access to the platform must be via authorized and secure internet connections; any charges incurred through data or SMS usage are your responsibility.
• 4.6 Any misuse of your account is considered your responsibility unless proven otherwise.

• 4.8 The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts with incorrect registration data or non-compliant activity.

5. Features & Additional Services

6. Coins – Purpose, Purchase & Usage

• Users may top‑up Vanibud Coins by purchasing predefined promotional packages offered on the platform. Users are also permitted to enter a custom price amount as per their own requirements for coin top‑up.
• Vanibud Coins are purely in‑platform virtual points. The primary purpose of Coins is to boost atmosphere within voice rooms. Users may send Coins as virtual gifts to their favourite hosts, to motivate content creators, maintain active voice‑room environment and encourage open‑minded public conversations among participants.
• IMPORTANT RESTRICTION: Vanibud Coins CANNOT be exchanged for real‑world cash, cannot be withdrawn for monetary value, cannot be traded, resold or cashed‑out in any manner. Coins hold zero real‑world monetary value outside our website.
• Coins are non‑refundable except in cases explicitly stated under our Refund Policy. No cash redemption is available under any circumstances.

7. Voice Chat Room Entry Fee Rules

• When users join any voice chat room on the VaniBud platform, a fixed entry fee of 10 platform coins will be automatically deducted from the account balance upon successful entry.
• This 10-coin entry fee is a non-refundable service charge for accessing real-time voice chat functions. No refunds will be provided for early room exit, short stay, or interrupted voice sessions after entry.
• Users are required to maintain sufficient coin balance before entering voice rooms. Accounts with fewer than 10 available coins will be unable to join voice chat rooms until the balance is topped up.
• Any automatic deductions triggered by users’ voluntary entry into voice rooms will not be eligible for refunds or compensation.

8. Account Termination

• 8.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
• 8.2 You may delete your account at any time through platform settings. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Services is strictly prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

• 9.1 All content, branding, and software on VaniBud are the property of or licensed to TechPulse Commerce.
• 9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.

10. Content Moderation Rules

VaniBud does NOT provide anonymous chat‑room services. Our platform hosts moderated voice rooms only. We do not host, facilitate or permit adult‑explicit, sexually obscene content, hate speech, harassment or harmful speech material.

• 1. AI‑driven keyword filtering system that scans audio streams, text chat and user‑submitted content in real‑time to detect prohibited keywords and risky signals.
• 2. Manual human review team: flagged content from AI filters will be further reviewed by our moderation staff.
• 3. Account sanction & ban mechanism: Users found violating content policies will face sanctions including temporary restriction, permanent account suspension and forfeiture of unused platform coins, as applicable.

Users shall not post, stream or share pornographic, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, abusive or unlawful content while using Vanibud services.

11. User Content & Conduct

• 11.1 You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and display it for platform operations and promotion.
• 11.2 You agree not to post illegal, harmful, or infringing content, including hate speech, harassment, or explicit material.
• 11.3 Maintain respectful behavior toward other users and comply with all applicable rules and laws.
• 11.4 You are responsible for the security and proper use of your account.

12. User Rights

• 12.2 We will address your request as per applicable privacy regulations, though some data may be retained due to legal or operational requirements.

13. Prohibition of Unlawful and Improper Activities

• The platform strictly bans all forms of illegal behaviors, including but not limited to gambling, pornographic dissemination and all adult-oriented inappropriate content.
• Additionally, all improper behaviors occurring in voice chat scenarios are fully prohibited, such as frivolous flirting, vulgar conversations, personal insults, intentional harassment, privacy leakage and any form of illegal publicity and advocacy.

14. Third-Party Links & Services

• 14.1 VaniBud may include links to third-party sites. Your interaction with these is at your own risk.
• 14.2 We do not control or endorse third-party content or services.
• 14.3 Any transactions or communications with external platforms are solely between you and those providers.
• 14.4 We may update, remove, or suspend third-party integrations at our discretion.
